Precepts and practice!

"Therefore, every teacher should see that there is no incompatibility between his precepts and practice. The national ideals of education which have already been set forth and which he/she should seek to inculcate among students must be his/her own ideals." - UGC Code of Professional Ethics for TEACHERS.
Practice:

JVI = Internal Marks of a particular student
RCI = Internal Marks of rest of the class (average)
JVE = External Marks of a particular student
Note that the internal marks of the particular student was higher than the corresponding external marks in all subjects except in one case where it was 7.5% less - this was the case in which the technology development for granting attendance was required. In another case where four send-offs were arranged, the difference was as high as 32% (i.e. internal mark was 32% higher than the external mark for that subject).
The internal marks of the particular student was always higher (4.7 to 11.4%) than the class average.
It is an unheard of practice and against professional ethics to conduct internal examinations, invigilaton etc. and associate with the keeping of external question papers, marks etc. of relatives and also it is against the rules of board of public examination and all other Universities in Kerala. Then why is this arrogance here? Why the influence at the higher officials was used and manipulation of the rotation list for the additional duty was done to acquire the post handling the question papers and marks was done? Why an intimate friend and a crook forcibly grabbed the other post dealing with the question papers and marks? May be these graphs will be an eye-opener. Why should we limit to internal marks alone, when we could do anything with the influence from a higher up and since the silenced docile students would only be mute witnesses?!
